Lean Six Sigma Courses: The Lean Six Sigma courses are the most advanced, innovative and engaging courses offered in Brazil, with international certification. All classes are taught by enthusiasts who practice the methodology in their organizations intensively, that means, besides masters and doctors, our professors are professionals who work not only in academia but in industries/services. They are absolutely engaged in the philosophy of Lean Six Sigma. The courses train professionals capable of conducting functional and multifunctional projects in the light of the DMAIC methodology. Based on this method, the expert can improve processes, solve critical and chronic problems of the organizations and thus guarantee a significant return on investment. Another great differential is the Hands On Capstone Project, which is, the knowledge acquired during the courses is consolidated in a real company, through an In-Company work. In this journey, the project team is led by a coach specialized in the Learn by Doing methodology. In this sense, students will internalize the skills and competences developed throughout the courses with the practical experimentation of techniques and principles of the Lean Six Sigma, thus providing fantastic results for the companies and especially for their learning process. This is a great methodology that establishes great synergy among companies and students, generating and enabling excellent business opportunities for everyone in the most value-added location of the transformation process, where things happen in practice!
